BLUEPRINT33

Good startups don't fail on product. They fail because nobody can sell it.

Blueprint33 is a startup studio run by salespeople. Before building a product we check that someone will buy it, then we help the startup sell it.

The Problem

The product is there. The customers aren't.

A startup can have the right product, a closed round and a good technical team, and still fail. Almost always for the same reason: people who can build a product can't necessarily sell it.
By the time the team notices, the money is gone.

Our answer

If it doesn't sell,
we don't build it.

We have already used our sales method on dozens of startups.

Every idea goes through one test first: we try to sell it. If nobody buys, we don't build it.

If it works, we step inside the startup and sell alongside it until it can do it alone.

Here's how it works.

We don't give startups money. We give them people and services to sell, and take equity in return. The studio is funded by the Architects, who share the returns.

  1. 01

    Architects join the studio

You put in €5,000, once, and get a stake in the studio: participating financial instruments (SFP), without voting rights. Beyond the money, you bring experience and contacts.

  2. 02

    Startups get work, not cash

Each startup receives €50,000 to €100,000 of services: sales system, CRM, marketing, management control, done by people who know how. In return the startup gives the studio equity.

  3. 03

    When a startup is sold

We collect our share and split it among the Architects, in proportion to what each put in.

Why no money? Because a founder with cash spends it where they feel safe, which is the product. And most startups die when they have to sell.

The process

Four phases, from idea to a startup that sells on its own.

  1. Validation

    4 startups

Before writing a line of code we try to sell the idea: first with AI simulations, then with real customers.

    Upcoming startups

Makes salespeople more effective on LinkedIn

    AI app for insurance brokers

    Sales role-play with AI

Dynamic pricing brought to new industries

  2. Architecture

    0 startups

We decide how the startup will sell and on what technology, so that it holds up beyond the first contracts.

No startups at this stage yet

  3. Execution

    0 startups

We sell alongside the startup, deal by deal, until its own team can manage without us.

No startups at this stage yet

  4. Spin-off

    0 startups

The startup leaves the studio and sells on its own. We keep our stake until it is sold.

We sell before we build.

Sales-tech matters enormously to a B2B company, and it is full of startups that fail.
Hardly ever because of the technology: they fail because they can't sell.
That is where we start. We try to sell every idea before we build it.
And everyone who joins, Architect or Builder, puts their name on it.

Who's behind it.

Roadmap 2026-2027

From letters of intent to the first cohort.

Until end of 2026

Letters of intent

Prospective Architects sign a free, non-binding letter of intent. No payment.

Early 2027

Incorporation

With at least 40 letters of intent we incorporate Blueprint33 and issue the SFP. Below the threshold the project stops and nobody has paid anything.

2027

The first cohort

The group grows to 100 Architects. The first five or six sales-tech startups receive their services.

We're looking for people who do.

Architects who have been selling for years and want to get back in the game. Startups that have already tested their idea in the market. People ready to lead a project that doesn't exist yet. Pick your way in.

Frequently asked questions

What prospective Architects ask us most often.

How much does it cost to join?

€5,000, once, with no annual fee. In return you get participating financial instruments (SFP, strumenti finanziari partecipativi) in Blueprint 33, and you can subscribe to multiples. Payment is due when the company is incorporated, in 2027; signing the letter of intent today is free.

What do I get in return?

SFP in Blueprint 33, which in turn holds equity in the startups: when a startup is sold, the return flows down to you. You get priority on paid work for the portfolio startups. And you join a community of sales professionals that meets at least once a year at the Architects' gathering.

How much time does it take?

Zero mandatory hours. There is the annual Architects' gathering and the odd call when you feel like it. If you would rather stay in the background, that is absolutely fine.

Can I lose my money?

Yes. It is an investment in startups and the risk is real. Compared with backing a single startup, you join a portfolio of five or six: the risk is spread.

Does the LOI commit me? By when do I need to sign?

The LOI says "if you do it, I'm in" and nothing more: no payment obligation. Once the threshold is reached, we go back to every signatory for final confirmation. No hard deadlines, but those who sign earlier are among the first in at incorporation, with a larger stake.
